We have hard-wired smoke and C0 detectors, fire extinguishers, and a fire blanket in the kitchen. All the electronic devices provided in the house are either brand new or PAT tested every other year.

We have a current Domestic Electrical Installation Certificate which will be replaced by an Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) in 2025 this is a legal requirement for holiday accommodation and we would be more than happy to provide you with a copy.
