We have designed the lounge area so that you can take advantage of the views from the huge picture window down over the village, and out to sea!

Gather in the sitting area of this beautiful light-filled room to sit and chat about the adventures you have had or the antics of your dogs that day, maybe curl up on one of the welcoming squishy leather sofas that await you and your dogs (please bring throws for them).

Curl with a good book, forgotten some holiday reading then borrow a book from the wide selection we keep for guests to use during their stay.

Or choose from a selection of games designed to keep the whole group entertained. Or perhaps just pop on the Smart TV and relax.

In the cooler months, why not light the Woodburner with its 3 curved glass sides so wherever you are sitting you can lose yourself in the flames, why are they so mesmerising?

In the warmer months why not extend the lounge by sliding open the french doors that lead onto the sun terrace. Or perhaps on the other side of the room open the door to your balcony with views across the garden down across the village and out to sea. What a great spot for your morning coffee, perhaps no one will see you there and they will all get breakfast ready for you!

To one side of the lounge are patio doors leading onto a balcony, open them up during the summer months to let the fresh air in and the sound of the birds and in the distance the sea. The perfect location for your morning coffee or evening drinks taking in the view of the private garden and wood and of course the sea and Start Point Light House.
